Mike brings over 11 years of luxury service management experience to Pepe Luxury Cars.  Since crossing over from the Lexus brand, Mike offers a strong business background, excellent interpersonal and training skills and an uncompromising regard for providing outstanding customer service.  Mike lives on Long Island and his life is defined by his beautiful wife and 4 wonderful children.

He is Mercedes-Benz certified and for 3 consecutive years has attained one of the highest CSI levels in the country. A long time Mercedes-Benz owner and enthusiast, Keith has a passion for quality. Keith's career includes 15 years with industry leader British Airways. There, Keith travel the world as a lead trainer for their entire staff, from the baggage handlers to top-level executives. Alexa has been taking care of Pepe Luxury Cars customers for nearly 3 years.  Since her recent promotion to Service Advisor, Alexa has shown she has what it takes to provide her customers a level of service that is second to none.  She has quickly learned every aspect of the business and demonstrates proficiency with every customer every day.  When Alexa is not working, she enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter.

Sal brought over 14 years of automotive service experience with him to the Pepe Auto Group in December 2011. He prides himself on the work and time he puts into gaining the trust of every client in order to establish long term relationships. Sal treats all of his clients like a member of his family. He pays great attention to detail so the client doesn't have to.  Sal was born and raised in Bronx, NY. He now lives in Connecticut with his wife and children. When he's not working he enjoys boating, snow boarding, and spending time with family.

Frank has been with Mercedes-Benz for 7 years. He was the winner of the Master Guild Program, which allowed him to visit each Mercedes-Benz factory in Germany. Frank has been Mercedes-Benz Master Certified for 4 years. Frank takes pride in his line of work by guaranteeing that each warranty repair is in compliance to Mercedes-Benz standards.

Reese got his start with Mercedes-Benz in South Carolina 3 years ago where he started as a Service Advisor. Before working in the automotive industry, Reese enjoys playing the guitar and outdoor activities. His southern warmth and charm is just as added perk to his already impeccable customer service skills.

Chris started working at Mercedes Benz over 7 years ago, where he started as a technician. His knowledge and expertise of Mercedes has allowed him to become the shop foreman here at Mercedes Benz of Larchmont. Chris sets the standard for a job well done in the shop, taking the time to diagnose and remedy each car properly that is brought to his attention. His attention to detail makes him stand out himself and the service department as a whole.
